Dziminski Law Group was formed and is managed by Brian Dziminski.  Brian's background is as follows.

Other accomplishments and background

Brian Dziminski is the founder and owner of Dziminski Law Group and oversees and practices in all of its practice areas.  In now his seventeenth year of practicing in Nevada, Brian has gained expansive experience in both litigation and transactional matters to handle your legal needs.

Brian was born in Chicago, Illinois and moved to Las Vegas, Nevada at the age of 11.  After graduation from high school, Brian completed a tour of duty in the Middle East during Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm as a U.S. Army Military Police Officer.  During his service, Brian primarily guarded prisoners of war, for which he received a number of commendations including the Southwest Asia Service Medal with two Bronze Service Stars, the National Defense Service Medal, the Southwest Asia Campaign Medal, and the Kuwait Liberation Award.

While a full-time student completing his undergraduate degrees and law degree, Brian was employed at Binion's Horseshoe, where he started as a poker dealer, was promoted to shift supervisor, and culminated his career in the casino industry as the 2002 World Series of Poker Tournament Coordinator.  In that role, Brian completed tournament scheduling, hired and supervised over 200 employees, and handled marketing and public relations. 

During law school at University of Nevada, Las Vegas – Boyd School of Law, Brian served as a judicial extern for the Honorable James C. Mahan, United States District Judge, District of Nevada.  Brian also served as the Chair of the Executive Board for the Society of Advocates, the law school's moot court team.  Brian also participated in the Western Regional of the American Bar Association's 2003 National Appellate Advocacy Competition, in which Brian was awarded the tenth best oral advocate award.  Brian received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Banking Law in 2002.


In his sixteen-plus years of practicing law, Brian, and consequently his clients, enjoyed success.  In all firms he has managed or worked for, Brian’s practice has always been focused on business and real estate transactions and litigation.  In regard to his transactional work, Brian has negotiated, drafted, revised and/or otherwise finalized thousands of business documents.  As to his litigation practice, Brian has tried, arbitrated, mediated and/or settled hundreds of cases, as well as handled numerous appeals, including the published decision from the Nevada Supreme Court in Davis v. Beling, 278 P.3d 501 (Nev. S. Ct. 2012). Brian also serves as an arbitrator for the Clark County District Court in its court-annexed arbitration program, providing him even further experiences in adjudicating and deciding.  Brian is also a member of the Howard D. McKibben Inn of Court, an organization designed to improve the professionalism and ethics of the legal profession.  Finally, local Judges and legal practitioners have rated Brian with an AV Preeminent Rating, the highest rating given for professional excellence and ethics in the practice of law.
